This apartment complex consists of 8 units and was build in 2006. It offers big families, friends and groups up to 32 people, the opportunity to spend a dream vacation together in Florida. The complex was build with a Mediterranean flair and has all the same comforts that you have become accustomed to with all of our vacation homes. You can watch the sun come up on your private patio, and enjoy a leisurely breakfast as you wave to the boats going by. The big pool, heated during the winter months, or the Jacuzzi, invites you to have fun and the sunbathing on the pool deck lets you relax. Alone, or together with friends, you will be able to grill a steak and end your busy day on a quiet note, perhaps with a glass of wine or other refreshment. You are encouraged to head out on a boat, docked at your own boats dock, and discover the surrounding islands or beaches of Southwest Florida. The Apartments are nicely furnished and have all the amenities needed to enjoy your vacation. Each Apartment also has its own 2 car garage.

Brand new, and tastefully decorated, Condo Island Dream truly is a home away from home. The kitchen has all appliances and dishes needed to cook and entertain. You can enjoy your meals in the dining room, overlooking one of Cape Coral’s canals, or dine outside on your screened in lanai. The condo offers an open concept between kitchen and spacious living room. Two bedrooms, each with a Queen Size bed, and two bathrooms offer plenty of room for a small family of 4 or a couple of friends. And for privacy’s sake one bathroom and bedroom are downstairs, whereas the rest of the apartment is upstairs. All rooms are fully equipped with linens, towels and everything else you might need to fully enjoy your vacation. For your convenience and pleasure there are TV’s, Stereo System, as well as DVD player and phones. The big pool in between the 2 condo buildings invites not only to swim, exercise and cool off, but also to make new friends visiting one of the other Island Dream Condos.
